Mr Outten, §,M,, pre^ sided, the nautioal assessors being Coptic. Higham and Oa.pt, W- Beed, Oapt, Fleming, .of the Marinet Pspartmajvii was also present. . The Qourt found that the Kahu was lost with all hands on or about March 26, 1920, whilst on a voyage from Motiti Island to Auckland. 'I'lie Court was of opinion that the vessel foundered m exceptionally bad and also that the ship immediately prior to her loss was seaworthy, fully equipped, manned, and Safely io.adeq.
