lElec. Tel. Co^yiiflfbt— United Press Assn.! {Australian and IV.Z. Cable Association.) (Received May 29, 12.45 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, May 28. The Armenians' plight is desperate. They are fighting the Turks, Tartars, and Bolshevists. The Government have mobilised males between the ages of 18 and 50, but the arms available are insufficient and food negligible. Starvation is certain unless the American Relief Committee helps. The British remain pasisve onlookers.
