LONDON, May 27. Krassin, Bolshevist trade delegate, has arrived m London to confer with the Allies' Economic Council. ' There is a disposition m some quarters to believe that the meeting is likely to pave the way for the political negotiations if the Bolshevists guarantee that military enterprises outside Russia shall cease. Krassim bears the reputation of holding moderate political views.
