MR F. J. LYSNAR RE-ELECTED CHAIRMAN.

A special' meeting .of the Harbor Board to elect a chairman for the ensuing twelve months was held to-day. There were present :' Messrs G. Smith, G. Wildish, J. W. ;J. Preston, G. G. Holdsworth H. White, G. Witters, J". Monat, T.- Quirk, H. J. Peacocke, R. M. Birrell. .and D S -Jamison In the absence of Mr. F. J. Lyshar, Mr. G. Smith was voted to-- the chair. Hol.dsworjbh, the, new members, and to -Mr. Quirk, who, h f is been re-elected .to the Board. ,He hoped they ' would all work well to getlier. He expressed regret at the' absence of Mr. G. W.
