ADELAIDE, Nov. 25.— When Captain Blackburn, V.C., M.P., appeared m Court wearing the ordinary robe and wig of a barrister, but with the collar, sleeves, and other portions of a grey coat, Chief Justice Poole salid : "I can't see you, Mr Blackburn, m that grey coat. The rule of the Court is that counsel must wear a, black coat,"
