O'Connor has issued a manifesto m which he declares that there is nothinjr to expect from the present Ministry, which has broken its p'edges rejrarding. Ireland m almost . the same breath m which they were uttered. Mr O'Connor announces that the United Jjeagrue of Britain will become nju independent ally of the Labor party, and declares that the tragedy of Ireland deepens hourly, and oppression becomes more cruel, widespread, and shameful. The Leacue has decided to become an ally of the independent, separate selfgoverning Labor party. He concHides : "We can only give satisfaction to the resentment felt by the Irish *at the treatment of Ireland by striking a blow through their influence."
