.GERMANY'S EFFORT TO HELP. (Australian and N Z fable Association* BERLIN. November 27. The Rational Assembly requested the Government to reduce Germany's own ration of flour in order to send "supplies to Austria, especially to Vienna, to alleviate famine. The President, Herr Hbert, in a message sent to Vienna, said that Germany was striving to send speedy arid effective assistance, although her own economic situation ia, difficult.
