Machine guhs were placed at different points and it is expected the town will be proclaimed in a state of siege. (Received Oct. 16, 9.10 a.m.) BERLIN, Oct. 15. Fifteen thousand food supply employees haye struck for higher wages. The tramwaymen in Berlin have joined the metal .workers', strike.
