NEW YORK, June 6
The New York Sun's Paris correspondent states that reliable reports reach-: ing French official circles say that Admiral Kolchak is willing to concede the Allied demands as a preliminary recognition of the Omsk Government. Ad miral Kolchak will recognise the independence of Finland and .Poland. He proposes alliance with General Mannerheim for the purpose of the dual occupation of Petrograd.
