VANCOUVER May B.— The Ontario referendum to be held m September does not give, the people a chance to follow the Quebec example. The people may choose' beer alone, bub not beer .and wine. Thene a*e four questions, which give people five choices 1 : — Return to the former license law. . Sale of liquor through Government | agencies for consumption at home. : Total prohibition. 1 Sale of beer m standard hotels and prohibition of other 'liquors. Sale of beer by Government agencies for consumption at home and prohibitrton of other liquors.
