A committee was set up to confer with tlm Borough Council on Monday night. In the meantime Mr. Hay is being communicated with to provide a pian whereupon the committee proceeds to Wellington,'to obtain a. Government permit. The project offers no difficulty for Wairoa. the road being already made.
