Colonel Macalpine, who has returned from Poland, confirms the report that if social order is to be maintained it will be not only food, but raw material that is required, so as to get the people work. There is a difficulty owing to the country's finances, m procuring these. It looks as if Britain will have to render, some financial aid. '
