Mr Lloyd George makes a statement m the House of Commons before he signs. The Big Four have practically agreed on. all the most . important questions except the responsibility for breaches of the laws.
The preliminaries will be settled m a few days. It is expected that the Germans will be invited to attend at Versailles within a fortnight.
