| • WELLINGTON, this day. Mr Tripp, ehaii'man of the executive of the War Relief Association, stated yesterday that cases were coming, under the executive's notice c>f soldiers-return-ing from war to find that m i their absence their wives had been misbehaving themselves. (Mr Tripp- mentioned a- paragraph m tlie report of the. relief committee* stating . that quite recently the committee received -several additional requests from sqldiers desiriiTg to sever domestic relationships no longer possible.* -It had therefore been suggested to 'the Minister of Justice that the Crown should make some provision tending to. enable a soldier to meet the expenses of divorce proceedings where it was shown, die was mno way to blame. "It is very. hard 1 on. these fellows," said. Mr. Tripp, "to find their wives gone bff .with someone else. We are meeting with quite a, number of such. cases," .
