ROWING.

The races m connection with the Le Grand Fours under the auspices of the Poverty Bay Rowing Club were continued last night, when the results were as follows : —

E. O'Neill (str), J. 'Ivanoe, E. Williams, J. Young defeated M. Walters (str), C. Dominey, J. Mastervich, R. Freeman by about a length and a-half. The winners got away with a lead and were never headed.

I/. O'Neill (str), R. Corbett. S. Fergus, W. Edwards beat E. Stuckey (str), F. Stitchbury, \H. Hackett, M. Young by about a length. They raced on even terms to the William Pettie Bridge, when O'Neill's crew drew away.

J. Fitzmaurice (str) t J. Robertson, S. Forbes, A. Charles beat J. O'Neill (str), R. Duncan, T. McEwen, N; Goodchap by , two lengths after • leading all the way. The draws for to-night are : — J. Mellor v. W. Kennedy, R. Patty y. H. Swan, B. Stichbury v. J. Rangi, W. Griflin v. J.. Rangiliaaka.
