LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
TRIUMPH OF BRITISH DIPLOMACY (Australian and JJ.Z. Cable Association) ; WASHINGTON. Feb. 22. Senator Borah, m the Senate, said that the League of Nations was the biggest triumph for British, diplomacy for the past three hundred years. Britain and the Dominions were able to outvote the United States m everything they wished, even to the extent of tipsetting the Monroe doctrine.
