The Press Bureau reports that the Board of Trade has authorised, under certain existing restrictions, the resump? tion of trade with Turkey, including Turkey m Europe, Asia Minor, . Armenia, Kurdistan, Mesopotamia, Syria, and Bulgaria.. Trade with the Russian Black Sea ports may also be resumed. The Department of Overseas Trade offers facilities to British traders to send representatives of Southern Russia m the hope of fostering trade. Several British steamship lines are already arranging for a resumption of their services.
