LABOR MEMBERS' VIEWS.
LONDON, Feb. 7.— The sudden strike of the South-Western Railway d-rivers isolated the densest mreas of Greater London, and prevented hundreds of thousands from goinff to the city in the morning. The London and Brighton, passenger services were, the next most important to be curtailed, and added to the business , handicaps. Castanet is rapidly planning increased measures to fight all such lightning strikes. The Labor members laTmosfc without exception support the Government. Mr. Brownlie, chairman of the executive of the Amalgamated Dngineers, states that the union is considering tho expulsion of the rebel members. He suggests that the Prime Minister should announce at the earliest moment any decisions of the Peace Conference regarding -universal labor regmlations, wages, and housing, A suitable scheme would produce the effect of calming the present troubles.
