IMPERIAL PARLIAMENT.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) (Received Feb. 14, 2.5 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 12. In the House of Commons, Mr. Bonar Law moved a series of resolutions allocating time entirely to Government business. Mr. Adamson , protested against what he termed the proposal to establish a dictatorship, and urged 1 , in view of -the industrial unrest, that the Labor Party be given an opportunity of introducing measures to remove the causes of unrest. Mr. Bonar Law accepted Mr. Donald McLean's suggestion that the restriction should operate only until March 31st.
