STATE OF SIEGE IN HAMBURG
(Australian ancj N.Z. Cable Association) (Received Feb. 14, 2.5 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, Feb. 12. A state of siege has been declared at Hamburg. Government troops drove armored cars through the streets, disarmed the workers, and seized twenty Spartacists.. machine guns, stores, and ammunition.
