RETREAT- OF ESTHONIAN TROOPS.
. (Renter's Telegram.) STOCKHOLM, December 30. An Esthonian communique dateS 26th states that 'the Esthonian troops are retreating. The enemy has large forces on a_wide front. The Germans are retreating from Donpat, and advancing on Riga along: the coast, plundering as they go, thus causing encounters between German and Esthonian troops..
