(f) A right m the Lessor to re-enter if rent m arcc-or for one month or on breach of any covenant or condition. (g) A provision for the offer of a new lease every 21 years, loaded with improvements, to be paid to thto outgoing tenant, /with a provision that tho minimum rent shall never be less than tho rent paid during the term immediately preceding.
