German official communiques, they ren- , dor themselves liable to a year's imprisonment. I "There is too much silly treacherous ! prattle as to the extent of the enemy's . successes," states the proclamation, j "Doubt is being cast on the resisting power of the German army." Similar proclamations have been issued at Breslau, Weimar and other towns.
