CANCELLING FRANCE'S U.S DEBT PROPOSED.
WASHINGTON; May 7. Cancellation of France's financial obligations to the United States is proposed m a resolution introduced by Senator Kenyon of Towji. The resolution provides that "all obligations of the republic- of Prance to 'the. United States of .America for moneys borrowed or funds advanced since the commencement, of the present war, including interest thoreon, be and are hereby cancelled."
