AMSTERDAM, June 17. Food' conditions m Holland ane bad. The daily bread ration is only two-fifths of a pound, which is smaller than Germany's. Tea has not been distributed for three months. A quarter of a pound of coffee is obtainable fortnightly. A chop or a haddock costs half a crown.
