- DISTURBANCE IN RUSSIA. (Australian arid N.z. Cable Association) '(Received Mav 20, 12.30 p.m.) MOSCOW, May 19. Mutinies occurred- in German regiments at Wesenberg, Esthonia. Several officers were killed. >The German high command sent trustworthy troops and. arrested two hundred of the mutineers. Ten were immediately shot. . >■ ■ Another mutinv occurred in a German regiment at Dvinsk. .
