PALACE PICTURES
Large audiences have been attending the Palace to view the splendid picturisation of the wefi-kn'own/rstory of school life, entitled "Tom. Brown's Schooldays.' The irrepressible r 'Tom at times kept the house m roars 'of laughter. The fine picture was supplemented by the third episode of "The Neglected Wife." It is the best yet seen, find provided many sensational scenes, such as a motor-car being dashed to pieces over an open bridge, a stirring fight, and a • startling motor chase. A splendid topical budget is also screened. There will; be a complete change to-morrow night. The "Jury of Fate" will head! the" bill, m company with the second number of "The Pendleton RounU-up." .', The latter picture should create a lot of excitement as it Is said to even rival the .previous excellent number. To-morrow's matlneo' has been termed "The ( Schools' Matinee, a special effort having been made Where,by-"Tpm Brown's Schooldays" will be-. shown to the pupils of our schools; "The "Pendleton Roundup," "The.
