CAPSIZE OF SMALL MOTOR
ENGINE,

DUNEDIN, last n)ght. -A man named Baxter, a fireman m the City Brigade, was killed tornight by the overturning of a small motor engine used for carrying the reel, while rounding a street corner. The accident is all the more distressing, as the brigade turned put m response to a malicious false alarm. The same man had a: leg broken while attending a fire some years ago.
