LONDON, May 5, The Prime Minister (Mr. Lloyd George) is attacking the Home Rule difficulties, find has conferred at great length with the Government Committee. The Bill is nearly drafted, but it follows Unionists' lines. The Prime Minister and the) Liberal and Labor Ministers are not satisfied.
Mr. Lloyd George is iendeavoring to hold the Cabinet unswervingly to the Home Rule and conscription policy, but h,e admits that the strength of the united Irish opposition, followed by the revulsion of the Unionists and Ulsterites from, the heirarchy's attitude, was under? estimated. . ■/The Obsarver forecasts that Mr. Lloyd George will secure the passage of the Federal Home Rule Bill, ■after- which J conscription will be enforced.
