AIRSHIP DISASTER.
FRENCH DIRIGIBLE "BLOWN TO ATOMS OFF HAVRE. PARIS, February 22. The Temps announces that a French dirigible, while scouting over the Channel off Saint Adiesso, near Havre, on Wednesday morning, had an accident with her ruddbr, and struck 'the cliff at Hove. A violent explosion followed, and Com. niandant Floury, the captaiiv of the dirieible, and another man was killed on tho spot, while the quartermaster was thrown to the ground and had his right arm broken. , , ,, Owing to the collision with tho cliffs the bombs on board the dirigible exploded, and wounded a number of per.
