LONDON, April 30. The German Government has taken up Swedish press reports regarding disturbances at Petrograd and the restoration of the monarchy. - ■ Heir Bussche (Foreign Under-Secre-tary) telegraphed to Herr Mirbach (Ambassador at Moscow) and mentioned the. Swedish reports. He says he Ijas received a letter from Petrograd dated ,<.^<n 13, stating that a Monarchist pronunciation was imminent, and that Generals Alexieff, Gutchkoff, M.liukoff, and Rodzianko are m Petrograd. Herr Bussche suggests that the reports are not improbable, and asks for a telegraphic reply.
