WASHINGTON, Jan. 2. The Department of Justice- announces that early m February the registration will take'place of tha 520,000 tmnatura-i lised Germans m: the United States as j enemy aliens. Finger-prints of all male aliens over 14 will be taken and certifi-'_ cates will be issued after each alien has, given details of his own business rela-^ tions and habits and his photograph.
