TURKISH COMMUNIQUE.
| (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received April 8, 2.6 p.m. LONDON, April 7. A Turkish communique, dated the 6th, says : "After violent fighting we occupied the region of Ercfiscakh, on the north shore of Lake Van m the Caucasus. We stormed strong points west of Sari Kamish and occupied Ardahan. We captured thirty-four mortars and a quantity of munitions. We crossed the ancient frontier on the shore of the Black Sea m the direction of BaEoum.
