POLISH REGIMENTS BROKEN UP.

Polish legions, consisting of several thousand soldiers, nave been dissolved owing to treason and have been interned m the interior of Hungary. Dr. Abless, a member of the extreme section of the German Liberals, m a speech at Hirschberg, Silesia, said even the Liberal parties no longer considered tho Reichstag peace resolution binding.
