SOCIALISTS' DETERMINATION.
(Reuter's Telegram.) y . PARTS, April 4., The secretary bf the French Federation of Labor, in announcing a postponement of French Socialists' visit to America, - says : "The Socialists are agreed that this is not the time to try to end the war, but to defend the country."
