Magelssen,' to-day received the following items, which were distributed • :from the, the United States naval > radio station at Honolulu, and picked^ up by the radio station at Melbourne :— ■'.'■. Copenhagen : Count von Hertling, the German Chancellor, speaking ; m tne Reichstag, launched a vitriolic ; attack against the- Allies, declaring thfit '■hypocrisy was second nature to them," and that "their nntruthfulness was aggraavted hy the brutality : which they had exhibited , towards Hollandi'" ) ■Tokio : The Japanese Minister for War, -in a -statement m the House of Representatives, deolarod there were 94,000 German prisoners m Siberia, east of Baokal, 60,000 west of Baokal, and 94,000 were without Russian control,' free to act as they pleased.
