LAWLESSNESS IN IRELAND.
LONDON, March 19. Mr. Justice Ronan, addressing the Roscommon Grand Jury, said that within a 15-mile radius of the town of Boylo there had been, since January 7. serious cattle drives m daylight. Alao large bodies of men, numbering from 100 to 500, with bands and flags, had forcibly entered private estates m daylight on eight occasions. The authorities had stopped many attempts to take forcible possession, and arrested 39 person*.
