(Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this. dn,y. At the Supreme Court to-day Mr. Justice Herdman heard an 'application lor substituted service in a petition by two creditors of ,1. Me Combs, M.P., to have him adjudged a bankrupt. His Honor adjourned the application for ten days to enable another effort to be made to secure service.
