DRUNKEN PLOTTERS.
WILSON \TO BE ASSASSINATED. VANCOUVER, Oct. 31. A message from Memphis states that eight men have been arrested and charged with plotting to assassinate President Wilson.
The authorities are inclined' to believe the plot to be the outcome of a drunken spree, when the men planned to go to Washington and shoot President Wilson. A thorough investigation, however, is being made.
