LOS ANGELES, Sept. 6. Rev Wilham A. ("Billy") Sunday opened a series of meetings here yesterday, to continue for tAvo months. The tabernaole erected for tho series said to accommodate 16,000 persons aa ascrowded at the first service, and those m chargie said thousands Avere turned away.
