AMERICAN TRANSPORT DAMAGED.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received July 31, 2.45 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 30. The American transport Saratoga, carrying fourteen hundred troops, was rammed m an Atlantic port and badiy damaged. There were' no casualties.
