NEW MINE ZONE.
(Reuter's Telegram.) (Received' July 20, 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, July 19. It is stated that the new British mine zone m the North Sea lias been specially made to prevent enemy ships and submarines entering Heligoland Bight. A slight modification of the limits is being considered with, a view to satisfying Dutch representations.
