PARIS, July 4. The arrival of tin* first American contingefit astonished the French people. Not a rumor was published until cverv boat, and convoy had berthed. It is understood that a- .section of th_ American troops will parade Paris, on the national fete day. July 14. Many Parisian- liouse.s are getting American tiag-s to celebrate Independence Day on the Fourth.
