31st REINFORCEMENTS.
GISBORNE DRAFT. The Gisborne draft of 31st reinforcements, Avhich leave by to-night's steamer, en route for camp, has been increased to nearly 100, including the recruits from the Wairoa: end of the district, avlio join m at Napier. The local men were to parade at the Garrison Hall at 3 o'clock this afternoon, and they muster there again at 6.15 this evening, prior to marching to the Avharf. Lieutenant J. H.
