(Reuter's Telegram.) * Received -May 2, 2.55 p.m.) LONDON, May 1. In the House of Commons Mi* Dalzel asked why enemy attacks were possible on the Kent coast, while Britisli naval attacks on Zeebrugge were apparently impossible.
Sir E. Carson said it must be remembered that although the loss of life m theso raids was regrettable they do not possess military value. He assured the House continuous attention was given to this area.
Mr Heuston : Can you explain how enemy destroyers pass thixmgh our minefields with impunity? Sir E. Carson : I cannot explain.
