(Per Press Association.) * WELLINGTON, this day. Owing to the. creation of the Fourth New Zealand Infantry Brigade at the front out of the accumulated reinforcements, Colonel if. Hart, D.S.0 1 ., of the 17th Ruahine Regiment, who left with the main body, has been, made BrigadierGeneral m command of that brigade.
