TOKIO, March 31. Rear-Admiral (Suzuki, vice-Minister of Marine, to-day denied rumors printed m Vancouver "and San Francisco Japanese papers that a Japanese warship had been sunk m the South Pacific by v. German raider or submarine. The Government has taken steps to apprehend and punish the German raider re-* on551'ble for the recent sinking of Brtish and Japanese ships m the Indian Oe?an.
