NEW YORK, April 26. The New York Times' London correspondent learns from specially wellinformed sources that there t is ground for believing that Austi'ia is seeking an opportunity of quitting the Central Powers. .
It is stated that the Russian revolution and America's entrance into the war have .convinced Austria that victory is impossible.
