Herr Meyer, a former editor of the Berlin Morgenpost, is believed' to be the leader.
From .other sources the State Department learn that the Germans , are . increasingly anxious for peace. The bread ration has been reduced. The strike of two hundred and' fifty thousand laborers at Berlin is really an a.nti-war move.
