ADVANCE BY THE BRITISH.
(Australian and N.Z. Gable Association.) (Reuter's Telegram.) LONDON, April 26. A British official Salonika report says : After three days of bombardment, "we attacked yesterday on a two and a-half miles front between the southern, end of Lake Doiran and a point north-west of Doldjele. We advanced northward of Doldjele 500 yards on a mile front. We repelled four counter-attacks and consolidated our* positions. We penetrated the enemy's trendies further east, but were unable to retain the ground. The fighting continues. .(Australian and N.Z. Oahlp Association.!
NEW YORK, April 26. .;-. The New York World's Paris correspondent says despatches indicate that a decision is likely to. be taken, regarding Salonika, and there are veiled hints as to possible reinforcement of tMe armies m France by veterans.
